Gurkees Sandals are very consistent in size but are hand made and may vary sometimes in sizing, so upon receiving your Gurkee's Sandals, please try them on for size on carpet. If your Gurkee's sandals don't fit, simply return them in new and unused condition with a copy of your Nature's Wish® invoice and original box, etc. as instructed below and we will send you another size with no additional cost to you.

In addition, we offer a 30 day replacement policy for defects in material or workmanship.

Your invoice includes return information with a number to write on the outside of your package. Packages without this number prominently written on the outside are not accepted.

Please do not return sandals that have been worn and dirty unless they have broken in some way. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase of product.

It is not uncommon for a pair of Gurkee's to last for 7,8,9 or even 10 years. We're sure you'll be happy with your Gurkee's Product.

Step 1 for returns: Look at your invoice or Packing Slip to find the instructions, return address and number to write on the outside of your package for return. Please call toll free to 855-4-GURKEE if you have any questions.

Returns not prominently displaying the number shown on your invoice return instructions will be refused and returned to sender.

Step 2: You must return the GURKEE'S® products as outlined in product return information above along with your sales receipt and credit card information within 30 days of purchase.

Product must be returned to our company mailing address shown on your invoice.

Exciting news! We are employing our own people from our community to work in our new Gurkee's factory. Your Gurkee's are now made in USA. As owner of Gurkee's I decided to do my part for the US economy. Our rope is manufactured in the USA, the carpet yarn is twisted in rope in the USA and I'm proud to say that we have the greatest crew of artisans to manufacture your Gurkee's by hand right here in Morgantown, WV.

In 2011 we started creating and building equipment and tools to be able to be totally self sufficient and never again rely on a foreign manufacturer.
