Steps to Log In and Make a Return
- If not already logged in, click on the "My Account" link at the top of this web site
- Log in with the email address used for your order. If you do not remember password, click the "Forgot Password" link. An email will be sent to your email address please follow the instructions to create a new password and then log in.
- Once logged in on top of web site is your account icon. It probably displays your first name next to the icon.
- Click on "Completed Orders"
- Select the order and click the "Return Items" button and complete the form.
Retail Purchase Refund and Exchange Info
- Must be a Retail Purchase directly from Gurkee's with valid invoice from Gurkee's in Morgantown, WV
- Must have been puchased within the last 30 days.
- Must be in NEW CONDITION (UNWORN, DIRT AND SMOKE FREE, ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS OF WEAR). Items returned in unreturnable condition will not be processed and will be sent back at cost to purchaser.
- Include a copy of the invoice with a note describing in detail what needs addressed.
- Must have invoice number on outside of package to be accepted.
- Return with TRACKING on package for your proof of delivery to us! We accept no responsibility for packages lost in return delivery and therefore will not be able to complete your return. However with proof of delivery, we will process your return accordingly. Due to our low pricing for a handmade product, please return exchanges to us at your cost.
- Refunds... are processed within 30 days of receipt provided product is in new and unused condition. There is a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee for refunded items.
- Exchaged items... are proceesed according within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges must be in new and unused condition in order to be processed. Replacement products will be shipped back to you at no additional cost via USPS first class mail or any other method of our choosing. International exhanges will incur normal international shipping charges for return shipping to be paid by purchaser prior return shipment.
- Items returned for warranty or repair... will be assessed and processed within 30 days of receipt.
- All wholesale sales are final, there are no refunds on wholesale purchases.
- Exchanges or credit on next order for any defective product. Minimum first order is 48 pair.
- Minimum subsequent order is 12 pair.
- FREE shipping advertised on this site applies to Retail Orders delivered in USA only. Wholesale orders are subject to shipping charges.
- Exchanges incur shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.
USA Shipping Info
We can ship to most addresses in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. FREE shipping advertised on this site applies to Retail Orders delivered in USA only.
You will be notified in the event of any additional shipping charges to your destination if required. Products that include free shipping only apply to destinations within the USA. Internationsl shipments are at additional cost.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping Fees reflect Shipping and Handling charges together in to a single amount defined as shipping.
